How Direct Deposit Works
Pay by bank transfer from your Australian bank account. No card fees, no fuss.
Three simple steps

Place your order
Add your parts to cart and select Direct Deposit / Electronic Transfer at checkout. Your order will be created with the status Awaiting Payment — no money is taken yet.

Check your email
We’ll send you the bank details and your unique payment reference — your order number with an H prefix, like
H123456. Use this reference when you transfer; without it, we can’t match your payment. - 03
Tell us when it’s done
Once you’ve transferred the funds, email [email protected] with your H number in the subject. We’ll match your payment and start preparing your order.
Common questions
Is there a fee?
No. You pay only the order total — same as you would by card or PayPal.
When do you dispatch?
Same day for in-stock items, once your payment is confirmed. Bank transfers usually take 1–2 business days to clear.
What if I forget the reference?
Email us straight away. Without your H number, we can’t match the deposit to your order.
Can I pick up in store?
Not with Direct Deposit — bank transfers may not clear in time. Choose card or PayPal for pickup orders.
Is it available outside Australia?
No. Direct Deposit is for Australian customers paying from an Australian bank account.
How do I confirm I’ve paid?
Email [email protected] with your H number in the subject line.
