Order online and pick up your parts in store from our Brisbane or Melbourne warehouse — often the same day.
Choosing Collect in store at the checkout is free and one of the fastest ways to get your parts. Pick a collection date and time window, and we'll send you an email or SMS the moment your order is ready to collect — please wait for that notification before heading in. There are two ways to collect:
Priority Pickup – ready in under 30 minutes
In a hurry? Priority Pickup gets your order picked, packed and ready to collect in under 30 minutes. Order before the cut-off below and it'll be ready the same day:
- Monday to Friday: order before 4:25pm (Brisbane & Melbourne)
- Saturday: order before 11:25am (Brisbane only)
Standard Collect in Store – ready in under 3 hours
Standard Collect in Store is free and ready in under 3 hours during business hours. Order before the cut-off below and it'll be ready the same day:
- Monday to Friday: order before 2:00pm (Brisbane & Melbourne)
- Saturday: order before 10:00am (Brisbane only)

Order after the cut-off — or on a Sunday or public holiday — and your order will be ready the next business day. Priority Pickup runs on weekdays at both Brisbane and Melbourne; Saturday collection is Brisbane only, as our Melbourne warehouse is closed on weekends.
Choosing your pickup window
At the checkout you'll choose a collection date and a pickup time window (for example, After 8am or Before 5pm). We always show you the earliest window your order can be ready, based on the pickup type you choose and the warehouse's opening hours. You can collect any time from the start of your chosen window, once you've received your ready-to-collect notification.
